Oooh, how exciting. I'm trying remember all the million ways of using fat zucchini, past their eat-as-a-vegetable prime, but most of them are desserty, zucchini breads and cakes. There are probably some relishes and chutneys too, but I can't think of them. Have fun!!

ReplyDeleteI love your produce pictures! The tomato plant in my tiny porch garden is in flower, so we're expecting tomatoes pretty soon too.
